Entrepreneur Immigration – Regional Pilot Program
This Province of British Columbia program targets entrepreneurs with a desire to start a business and settle in regional communities like Fort St. John. Applications for eligible new business start-ups for Fort St. John MUST be from the following sectors:
- 722 - Food services and drinking places
- 4452 - Specialty food stores
- 44512 - Convenience stores
- 4513 - Book stores and news dealers
- 4531 - Florists
- 4532 - Office supplies, stationery and gift stores
How to Apply
STEP 1: Review the BC PNP - Entrepreneur Immigration Regional Pilot Program Guide
The criteria also includes:
- minimum of $100,000 in eligible business investments
- minimum personal net worth of $300,000
- minimum of 51% ownership
- minimum of 1 new local job created for a Canadian citizen

STEP 3: Submit Fort St. John PNP - Entrepreneur Immigration Regional Pilot Online Expression of Interest Form
After completing Steps 1 and 2, fill out the Expression of Interst form to start your application for the BC PNP – Entrepreneur Immigration Regional Pilot program.
Applications are reviewed monthly by the Mayors Standing Committee on Committee on Community Economic Recovery.
