Motorcycle Poker Run

The 2024 Peace Region Community to Community Motorcycle Poker Run is happening on Saturday August 17, 2024.

The event starts in the parking lot of the Pomeroy Sport Centre where riders need to register with Visitor Centre staff which will be inside the Pomeroy Sport Centre Lobby.

Check-in starts @ 7:30am
Breakfast @ 8am
Ride starts @ 9am

This event is free and purchasing a poker hand is optional.

Chetwynd will have an all-day BBQ for participants.

Breakfast is provided to Fort St. John participants thanks to event sponsorship by Burger King Fort St. John. The Fort St. John Butcher Block is sponsoring Gift Card Giveaways to Runner-up winners for the Poker Hand Draws.

Participants can sign up for a poker hand, which cost $35/hand (maximum of two hands per bike) at their local Visitor Centre and travel to each other community to build a poker hand. Once you return to your home location, you have a chance to win half the money raised, with the other half donated to a local organization.

Submit poker hands to the Fort St. John Visitor Centre staff by 5pm to be eligible to win.

The Peace Region Community to Community Poker Run is a coordinated event between the Visitor Centres of the Peace Region (Hudson’s Hope, Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge, Dawson Creek, Taylor and Fort St John).
