The City of Fort St. John has completed upgrades to the My City Hall platform, a user-centric digital hub that simplifies access to essential City services and facilitates convenient online payments. This significant upgrade reflects our ongoing commitment to modernizing services and enhancing the overall experience for residents, businesses, and property owners.
"With the introduction of our enhanced My City Hall platform, we are taking a significant stride towards providing a more accessible and streamlined service experience for our community," states Shirley Collington, Director of Finance at the City of Fort St. John.
Key highlights of the upgraded My City Hall platform include:
- Expanded Payment Options: Users can now securely pay for a wide range of City services, including property taxes, utility bills, business licenses, and bylaw tickets, all from the convenience of their preferred digital device.
- Seamless User Experience: The revamped platform boasts a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation, ensuring a hassle-free experience for all users.
- Mobile Responsiveness: The My City Hall platform is fully optimized for mobile devices, eliminating the need for users to download additional mobile apps.
To access the enhanced My City Hall platform, users are encouraged to follow these simple steps:
- Visit mycityhall.fortstjohn.ca
- Click "Sign in" and select "Activate your account with us" at the bottom of the page
Note: all users will be required to create a new account - Create an account using your Tax Account, Utility Account, Business License, or Receivables Account information
- Enjoy seamless access to City services and make payments with ease
