City partners with Cocoflo to launch MyCityHall

Fort St. John citizens can now pay their property taxes, utilities bills and register dog licenses from anywhere with the launch of MyCityHall. Developed through a partnership with Cocoflo and available as both a mobile app and web portal, MyCityHall provides a central, digital point of contact to seamlessly link Fort St. John residents with City services from anywhere.

Register for an account and pay your bills in three easy steps:

1. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or visit mycityhall.fortstjohn.ca
2. Register for an account and link your property tax or utilities accounts or dog licenses to your MyCityHall account
3. Pay your property tax or monthly utilities bill or register a dog license

“This is an exciting partnership that allows the City to improve the services we offer to our citizens. The new apps and web portal enable you to pay for city services without ever leaving your couch,” said David Joy, Chief Financial Officer.

MyCityHall will continue to see additional digital services added in future phases.
