Media Requests

Members of the media seeking information from the City, requesting interviews with City Council or staff, or access to a facility must submit a request by completing the form below or by phone at 250 794 3313, during regular business hours.

Requests are coordinated through the City's Communications Manager and we do our best to make spokespeople available and to respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.

The City will only respond to inquiries made outside business hours if they are related to an immediate emergency or urgent operational matter. Other requests will be addressed during regular business hours.
