Strength and Spin
Join Marissa for a 40 minutes strength training session then hit the bike at VIVE for some conditioning to complete a well-rounded weekend workout! Using exercise bands, medicine balls, and dumbbells, the strength portion will feature exercise that work the upper body, core, and back. Then participants will head upstairs to work their legs on the spin bike! Regular membership, punch card, or drop-in fee required for spin and non-perishable food donation required for the strength portion. Pre-register through VIVE spin studio and bring your food donation on the day of the session! All food items will be donated to a local charity.
