Tenders are schedule to close on April 3, 2025 at 2:00:00 PM local time through the tendering website at https://urbansystems.bidsandtenders.ca/. Tenders received by other methods will not be accepted.

The work to be undertaken generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following:
- Full road reconstruction, sanitary sewer main and service replacement, water service replacement and hydrant install of 101 Avenue from 96 Street to 98 Street. Full lane reconstruction and storm sewer replacement of lane between 105 Avenue and 106 Avenue.
