Advance Procurement Notice - Aquatic Facility - IPD General Contractor and Architect

The City of Fort St. John (the City) is issuing this advance procurement notice indicating to the contractor community that the City intends to issue an open competitive procurement process for engaging a qualified and experienced Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) General Contractor and Architect through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for a new Aquatics Facility.

The competitive solicitation document will be posted on or about March 30, 2026, on the City's tendering website.
